Montana Maps: Missoula
Missoula, Montana is a great spot for enjoying many of the vacation attractions the state has to offer. Missoula offers great rafting, fly fishing, hiking and skiing, all nearby.
You’ll find Missoula a little south of the center of this map. If you zoom in, you’ll see the University of Montana, an excellent school that brings a lot of culture into the area.
Directly north, you’ll find Montana Snowbowl ski resort, an great locals resort with good powder and short lift lines.
The push pin to the north east shows the heart of the Rattlesnake Wilderness, a great area for hiking, backpacking and hunting in this part of Montana. Due south, almost to the bottom of the map, you’ll find a pin for the Clark Fork River. This river actually flows through the heart of downtown Missoula, which you’ll be able to see if you zoom in close.
The town of Missoula, besides having a great many outdoors attractions nearby, you’ll also find that Missoula is home to excellent Montana hotels and lodging.
