- A week is Saturday to Saturday at Somers
Bay, Houlse of Gables, Barrister and Peaceful Bay
Condos. Valley View Home is more flexible.
- A deposit of $500.00 will confirm your reservation
- Rates listed are for four people at Peaceful Bay,
for additional people (up to six) add $15.00 per person/night
- Rates listed are for 6 people at the houses; for
additional people add $15.00/ person/night.
- Deposit of 50% will reserve accommodations; balance
due 30 days prior to arrival.
- $400 refundable cleaning/damage deposit
- Cribs are available @$4.00/night
- Boat slips are available at Peaceful Bay, Opals,
Kincaid and Lakeside Home
- Restaurants nearby to all vacation properties
- Check in after 4:00 pm... Sorry no refunds for early
